First of all, thank you for your heartwarming concern and support during this time. It’s been traumatic going through this horrible time watching the news of so many innocent lives taken as well as innocent civilians being bombed in this war. For the first time our city of Ashkelon has evacuated some of its most vulnerable citizens, the elderly, disabled without shelters.

I can't imagine the trauma of the victims and their families of the worst terrorist attacks and massacres since the holocaust.

My thoughts and prayers are with those grieving and suffering right now. Let us pray together for healing, strength and light in the midst of this darkness.

I wanted to take a moment to appeal to women of the world and all humanity to stand against the evil of using sexual violence against women and children during times of war.

We just witnessed the terrorist group Hamas inflicting this barbaric violence on young Israeli women and we must lift our voices high against this gross evil and wickedness!

Rape is one of the most atrocious and barbaric acts of cruelty that can be inflicted upon another human being. Anyone who inflicts this type of harm on women, children or any weak and unarmed civilians is a coward and deserves the worst type of judgement.

Sexual violence is not only used to bring extreme physical injury or death, but to inflict severe emotional harm of the victims and to break the spirit of an entire nation. I and those of the lost tribes of the transatlantic slave trade, the worst and most brutal slavery of all time, are all too familiar with the damaging effects of sexual violence and genocide.

The Tanakh compares rape to murder and Elohim hates all forms of violence against the innocent and we should too..

The live version of the song, ‘Clean Hands’ (from the Peace Process album) was performed at the Zone in Tel Aviv with my band The Sheba Warriors in order to bring attention and condemn the sexual violence used by the Ethiopian Government/soldiers against the women of Tigray in recent months.

I never thought I’d be dedicating this song to the young women of Israel now victims in the Israel-Hamas war, but today I hope this song can be used to rally others to the cause of righteousness.

I call all women and men of the world, no matter your racial, political, national, ethnic identity, to stand together with me against the brutality of sexual violence or rape as a weapon of war - against Hamas - and any other nation or terrorist organization..

All of us have mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, friends who need protection against the forces of evil of this world. If we give organizations like Hamas permission to do this in the name of political gain, it sets a standard that will hurt us all and will create a much more hostile and dangerous world for all women and children to live in.

Genesis 9:5-6 Surely for your lifeblood I will demand a reckoning; from the hand of every beast I will require it, and from the hand of man. From the hand of every man's brother I will require the life of man. "Whoever sheds man's blood, By man his blood shall be shed; For in the image of Elohim He made man.”
Gen. 6:13 So Elohim said to Noah, "I am going to put an end to all people, for the earth is filled with violence (hamas) because of them. I am surely going to destroy both them and the earth.”

Psalm 7:11 Elohim is an honest judge. He is angry with the wicked every day.
Psalm 92:9 “For surely your enemies, YHWH, surely your enemies will perish; all evildoers will be scattered.”
Proverbs 6:16-19 “There are six things YHWH hates, seven that are detestable to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, a false witness who pours out lies and a person who stirs up conflict in the community.”
Proverbs 15:29 “YHWH is far from the wicked, but he hears the prayer of the righteous.”
Jeremiah 4.3-4 ‘... I am going to bring a disaster to this place… for they have filled this place with the blood of the innocent.’
Deut 22:25-27 “Only the man who rapes her shall die, but you shall do nothing to the woman. The woman did not incur the death penalty, for this case is like that of a man attacking another and murdering him. In close, at every opportunity, Yah's word tells us what we should do in times of injustice and evil:

“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.” Proverbs 31.8-9
